The problem · The idea
A project should look like one project.
The problem
A project can have great CGI and still feel inconsistent. The renders, the brochure, the presentation, the website and the social posts are often made by different teams, and buyers can tell.
The idea
Visual branding sets the visual language that connects every touchpoint: the type, the colour, the way images are cropped and composed, and the graphic rules that hold it together.

The visual system
How a visual system comes together.
An exploration on the studio’s own renders, not a client project. It shows the layers we build, and how they carry a project from its identity to its sales material.

Branding + CGI
The brand doesn’t stop at the logo.
A project’s identity has to work with the images that sell it. We bring visual branding and architectural visualization together, so typography, colour, composition and imagery feel like part of the same world. See exterior and interior visualization.

Visual Branding + Digital Sales
From the identity to the sales gallery.
Your visual identity can carry past print and marketing into the whole project sales experience.
Common questions.
All questions- What does Visual Branding include?
- It depends on the brief. It can cover the project identity, the visual system behind it, marketing collateral, campaign assets and brand guidelines, or any part of that.
- Is this only for new real estate projects?
- No. Existing developments that need a refreshed visual direction, for a relaunch or a new sales phase, are just as good a fit.
- Can you create the brochure as part of the branding?
- Yes. The brochure is one application of the visual system, designed together with the images inside it, so the layout and the CGI are composed for each other.
- Can the branding work with CGI?
- Yes, and that is the main reason to do both with one studio. The images are composed for the identity, and the identity is built around the images.
- Can Visual Branding be combined with CGI and interactive experiences?
- Yes. Together with CGI, 360° and interactive experiences it forms the Digital Sales Kit: one visual language from the first launch image to the sales gallery.
