Who we are

Kreative League is an architectural visualisation studio based in Mumbai, India. This policy explains what we collect through kreativeleague.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to info@kreativeleague.com.

What we collect

Enquiry and project-brief forms: your name, email, company, phone number if you give it, your role, and the project details you choose to share - type, scope, deadline, budget band, services, your message and any files you upload.

Capability deck: your name, work email and, optionally, your company.

Live demos: the email you enter before opening a 360°, walkthrough or Spin 360° demo, and a record of which demo you opened and when.

How you found us: when you arrive, your browser stores the campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), the referring site, the page you landed on and the last button you pressed. This stays in your browser and is only sent to us together with a form you submit.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a scope and proposal, run the project and send you the capability deck you asked for. To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, so we can improve the site. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Where it is kept

Form submissions are stored in our database and sent to the studio by email. Files uploaded with a project brief are stored in the studio’s Google Drive. These services are run by our hosting, database, email and Google Workspace providers, who process the information on our behalf.

Cookies and analytics

The public site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It uses your browser’s local storage for the attribution details above and to remember the email you used for the demos, so you are not asked twice. If we enable Google Analytics, it loads after the page has finished loading and with IP anonymisation switched on.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project information for as long as we need it to respond, deliver the work and meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to info@kreativeleague.com. You can clear the information stored in your browser at any time through your browser settings.
