FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What we need, how a project runs and what to expect after you get in touch.
Anything not covered here, ask us directly.
Starting a project
- What do you need from us?
- Plans, sections, elevations, CAD or PDF files, or an existing 3D model are enough to begin. Reference imagery, material direction and site photographs help us move faster than most people expect - and so does knowing where the visuals will be used.
- Can you work from CAD drawings or an existing 3D model?
- Yes. CAD drawings, PDFs and existing 3D models all work as a starting point. If there is no model yet, plans, sections and elevations are enough: we build it.
- When should we bring you in?
- Once the design is resolved: final plans, elevations, sections and material direction, or a finished 3D model. Starting from a frozen design keeps the images accurate and the schedule predictable; changes to the design after production starts are scoped separately.
- How does the briefing process work?
- Send what you have through the enquiry form - drawings, models, references and where the visuals will be used. We review it and come back with questions or a scope. Camera angles and composition are agreed before final production, and a first draft is reviewed before delivery.
- What happens after submitting an enquiry?
- We review your brief. We come back with questions or a scope. We share a timeline and a commercial proposal. Production begins after approval.
Scope and timing
- Can you handle the entire visual package?
- Yes. CGI, plans, films, 360°, Spin 360° and interactive experiences can all be produced for one project, from the same models and the same lighting decisions, so every output looks like the same project.
- What is the typical turnaround?
- It depends on the number of views and outputs, and on how resolved the design is. We confirm the timeline in the proposal, before any production begins.
- How many revision rounds are included?
- Revision rounds are agreed in the proposal for each project. Approval points sit at camera angles and at first draft - the two moments where changes are still inexpensive - so most refinement happens before final production.
Working together
- Do you work internationally?
- Yes. The studio is based in Mumbai and has served clients in more than eight countries. Review happens over shared boards and recorded walkthroughs, so time zones rarely slow a project down.
- Can you work white-label?
- Yes. We can work behind the scenes under your brand, co-branded alongside your team, or as your production partner while you own the strategy. Confidentiality and NDAs are routine.
